How it Works
There are a few steps processes to join this platform becoming a member to use it for business purposes and to advertise your business.

| 2 | Our professional team will review it to approve or disapprove. |
| 3 | If approved, then you will have to fill out another form. |
| 4 | Limos Network has the right to cancel your membership for any reason which doesn’t comply with the Limos Network’s rules. |
| 5 | All the rules of advertising and membership will be printed on their relevant forms. |
| 6 | All businesses will have equal opportunity to collaborate with each other. |
| 7 | Riders will have the opportunity to select from any company which gives them the chance to select the vehicle and services of their choice. |
| 8 | Limos Network also offers services including dispatching, credit card merchant services, billing, and advertising. Companies may advertise with: “We are a member of Limos Network…” This informs customers that charges may show under Limos Network but are forwarded to the respective company, who is responsible for taxes. |
| 9 | Limos Network welcomes all transportation businesses including Ride share, Car, Luxury, SUV, Limousine, and Van services. |
| 10 | Limos Network LLC is not responsible for any company’s or driver’s wrongdoings. Users must deal with them directly. |
| 11 | Limos Network is not responsible for any customer’s wrongdoing. Companies and drivers will handle these directly. |
| 12 | Limos Network will issue 1099 forms to each company annually or quarterly based on gross sales. Businesses are responsible for their own taxes. |
| 13 | Limos Network promotes collaboration among companies wishing to provide quality services with shared standards. |
| 14 | Advertising operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If demand is high, bidding applies with highest bidder receiving space. |
| 15 | Advertising packages are available for 3, 6, or 12-month terms. Long-term clients receive priority. |
| 16 | Limos Network reserves the right to expand services and adjust pricing with prior notice. |
| 17 | Failure to follow rules or make payments may lead to suspension of membership or advertisements. |
| 18 | Suspended businesses may only be reinstated with advance payments. |
| 19 | Agreement violators must settle outstanding payments or face legal action. |
| 20 | Limos Network is not liable for uncontrollable issues such as third-party failures, internet outages, disasters, or pandemics. |

Companies position as advertiser
All companies will be added on Home Page according to their contract package longer to shorter, longer will be on top with a better package, with the same principle it will go down on the list.
Each company besides ads on the home page will have a whole page where each company’s basic information will be displayed and from there, people can go to their website by clicking their website domain name. We will set up the Limos Network YouTube channel, and we will put companies’ advertising videos if provided on that channel in the sequence as their ad is on the main website and links will be shared on their pages.
